These terms apply when you use viralgear.store or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product or price was listed in error or we suspect fraud.
Made-to-order products
Items are printed to order. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed product, and sizes follow the size chart on each product page. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy; shipping by our Shipping Policy.
Designs
Our designs are original artwork owned by Viral Gear. Buying a product does not grant rights to reproduce the design. If you believe a design infringes your rights, email [email protected] and we will review it promptly.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
