Every Viral Gear item is printed to order just for you, so we can’t take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.
When we replace or refund
We will send a free replacement or give a full refund if your order arrives:
- misprinted, damaged or defective,
- as the wrong item or wrong size compared with your order, or
- never arrives (lost in transit).
Tell us within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for a lost parcel). Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the problem. You don’t need to send the item back.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best before it is printed.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t cover orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, but we’ll help you arrange a reshipment at cost.
